多层陶瓷电容器用钡镧钛系陶瓷粉体的制备
Preparation of Ceramic Powder of Barium Lanthanum Titanium Series for Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor
【摘要】 采用固相反应法,制备了BaO-La2O3-TiO2(BLT)陶瓷粉料,研究了预烧温度对BLT粉料相组成和介电性能的影响。结果表明:当预烧温度达到1040℃时,XRD分析结果显示BLT粉料中只存在单一的Ba4La8Ti17O50晶相,在BLT中加入适量的玻璃助熔剂,陶瓷能在1020℃下烧结致密,具有良好的高频介电性能,该介质瓷料可匹配15Pd/85Ag内电极浆料制成多层陶瓷电容器。
【Abstract】 The BaO-La2O3-TiO2(abbreviated as BLT) ceramic powder was prepared by solid state reaction.The influence of the calcining temperature on the phase composition and dielectric properties of the BLT ceramics were studied.The results show that a single crystal phase BLT was formed when the calcining temperature reach 1040℃.The BLT ceramics doped with appropriate could be densely sintered at 1020℃with good high frequency dielectric properties.The dielectric ceramic can be used for MLCC matched with15Pd/85 Ag electrode.
