论中医传统文化融入EAP体系的设想——构建CM-EAP体系

【摘要】 21世纪是心身医学的时代,中医传统中"心身共治"的思维角度与方法越来越受到业界学者的重视。为了让EAP现代心理管理技术更好地服务于国人,本文提出了将"心身共治"与EAP体系相融合的设想,提出了CM-EAP的全新理念:CM-EAP(Chinese medicine Employee Assistance Program)将传统医学身心维护理念与操作方法,与当代员工心理帮助计划相结合,以为国人提供更加便利,更容易接受的员工心理健康服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty-first Century is the age of psychosomatic medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine’s thinking and methods of " psychosomatic co governance " have got more and more industry attention. In order to make the EAP modern psychological management technology better serve the people, the paper will integration " psychosomatic co governance " with the EAP system, put forward the new concept of CM-EAP: CM-EAP(Chinese medicine Employee Assistance Program) lets traditional medicine maintenance concepts and methods, combining with present employee assistance program, that provides a more convenient, more easily accepted services.更多还原
