【摘要】 目的观察微创复位固定技术治疗老年复杂股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对140例患者根据体质及状态,采取综合治疗方法,神经定位仪定位股神经阻滞麻醉、苏氏抖牵旋按复位、微创撬拨复位、斜孔多功能外固定结合强斜针内固定综合方法治疗,观察最佳疗效。结果优89例,良43例,可7例,差1例,总优良率94.2%。结论微创复位固定术能解决应用外固定支架术后不稳定的问题,适应于体弱多病老年复杂股骨粗隆间骨折患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effect of minimally invasive reset fixed combination technology for complex intertrochanteric fractures in elderly. Methods A total of 140 cases,according to the patient’s constitution and physical condition,adopt comprehensive treatment approach,specifically including: nerve locator to locate the femoral nerve block anesthesia,Su shake lead screw press reset method,minimally invasive poking,multifunctional external fixation with slant-hole combines strong oblique needle internal fixation therapy. Results The 89 cases were excellent,good 43 cases,7 cases,1 case,the total was 94. 2%. Conclusion The minimally invasive reset fixed combination technology can solve the problem of the application of external fixation after stent,adapted to the frail elderly patients with complex femoral intertrochanteric fractures.更多还原
