【摘要】 基于公共池塘资源理论,从社区居民自身入手,运用博弈论模型分析发现,"搭便车"是城市社区公共空间治理中居民集体行动困境的内在根源。认为虽然存在"搭便车"的现象,但在有约束力的社区规则的条件下,形成居民集体行动是可能的。认为构筑社区规则,明确社区居民的权利义务关系,居民实现规则承诺,实施有效的监督,是城市社区公共空间治理中居民集体行动的实现路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the theory of common- pool resources and game theory model,hitchhike is regarded as the internal cause for the urban residents’ collective action dilemma.The residents ’ collective action may exist if there are space management rules. The realization of the residents ’collective action depends on the community rules,clear relations between the residents’ rights and obligations,the residents’ commitment to the rules and the effective supervision.更多还原
