【Abstract】 The transmittance of the transparent YAG ceramic and the homogeneity of the transmittance are key factors of the fabrication of the high power solid-state lasers. The effect of milling time and dispersant on rheological behaviors, and the effect of temperature and initiator concentration on the gel time were investigated systemically. It is proved that gelcasting is a proper method to fabricate transparent YAG ceramic, which is more densified and uniform with less defects.更多还原
