YAG透明陶瓷凝胶注模成型工艺研究

【摘要】 系统研究了球磨时间、分散剂、引发剂含量、固化温度等工艺参数对YAG凝胶注模陶瓷浆料分散特性和固化过程的影响。实验结果表明,利用凝胶注模成型工艺能够获得高透明YAG陶瓷,而且获得的样品具有致密、缺陷少,组分更为均匀的优点。

【Abstract】 The transmittance of the transparent YAG ceramic and the homogeneity of the transmittance are key factors of the fabrication of the high power solid-state lasers. The effect of milling time and dispersant on rheological behaviors, and the effect of temperature and initiator concentration on the gel time were investigated systemically. It is proved that gelcasting is a proper method to fabricate transparent YAG ceramic, which is more densified and uniform with less defects.
