La2O3含量及热处理对铌酸盐玻璃上转换发光性能的影响

【摘要】 采用气动悬浮法制备五氧化二铌为基质的上转换发光玻璃,并研究氧化镧添加含量和试样热处理温度对上转换发光性能的影响。研究表明,氧化镧的加入对材料的网络结构产生影响,当氧化镧摩尔分数为10%时,其具有优良的热稳定性、最强的上转换发光;NZL系列玻璃试样的上转换发光强度随热处理温度的变化关系,并不是单调递增或递减,在较低温度热处理或明显晶化后上转换发光更强。

【Abstract】 Bulk upconversion luminescence glass was fabricated by the aerodynamic levitation method. The effect of La2O3 content and the temperature of heat treatment on the upconversion luminescence of Niobate glass was also investigated. The results show that the network structure is changed by the addition of La2O3. The sample obtains the best thermal stability and upconversion luminescence with 10 mol% La2O3. The upconversion luminescence intensity does not increase or decrease with the increase of the heat treatment temperature. The sample heated at lower temperature or crystallized obviously obtains stronger upconversion luminescence.
