助熔剂对CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃烧结和性能的影响
Effects of Fluxes on Sintering and Properties of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 Glass-ceramics
【摘要】 以铜尾矿为主要原料,采用烧结法制备了CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等分析测试手段,探究了助熔剂对CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃烧结和析晶性能的影响。结果表明:助熔剂的加入有利于玻璃配合料烧结过程的进行,并促进了微晶玻璃性能的提高。随着Na2O+K2O含量的增加,起始析晶温度、摊平温度降低,起始烧结温度、吸水率先降低后升高,体积密度、耐酸性先升高后降低。随着CaF2含量的增加,起始烧结温度、起始析晶温度、摊平温度、吸水率逐渐降低,体积密度、耐酸性逐渐升高。Na2O+K2O和CaF2复合掺加对微晶玻璃烧结和析晶性能的影响更为显著。
【Abstract】 CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics were prepared by sintering method with copper tailings as main raw materials.The effects of fluxes on sintering and crystallization properties were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the addition of fluxes was beneficial to the sintering process of glass powder and was helpful to improve the properties of glass-ceramics.With the increase of Na2O+K2O content,the incipient crystallization temperature and flattening temperature decreased,the incipient sintering temperature and water absorption decreased firstly and then increased,the bulk density and acid resistance increased firstly and then decreased.With the increase of CaF2 content,the incipient sintering temperature,incipient crystallization temperature,flattening temperature and water absorption decreased,the bulk density and acid resistance increased.The sintering and crystallization properties of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass ceramics were affected more significantly when Na2O+K2O and CaF2 were added together.
