响应面优化长裙竹荪总黄酮提取工艺研究

【摘要】 通过单因素试验探讨了乙醇浓度、液料比、超声时间、超声温度对长裙竹荪(Dictyophora indusiata)总黄酮得率的影响,并进一步通过响应面分析对超声波辅助乙醇提取长裙竹荪总黄酮的最佳工艺条件进行了优化,得出最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度75.5%,液料比16.5∶1,超声时间19min,超声温度56℃。在此工艺条件下,长裙竹荪总黄酮得率达到3.03mg/g。

【Abstract】 The effect of ethanol concentration,material-to-solvent ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature on the extraction yield of total flavonoids fromDictyophora indusiata was investigated by single factor test.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were further optimized by the response surface analysis and were determined to be ethanol concentration of 75.5%,solvent-to-material ratio 16.5∶1,ultrasonic time of 19 min and ultrasonic temperature of 56℃.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the yield of total flavonoids from Dictyophora indusiata reached 3.03 mg/g.
