用于OLED的复合型驱动控制电路设计

【摘要】 有机发光二极管作为新型的显示终端设备,其驱动电路的性能直接影响其图像的显示品质。以主动式有机发光二极管为研究对象,提出了基于单片机和嵌入式系统复合型的有机发光二极管驱动电路结构模型。该驱动电路以单片机为驱动控制单元,以嵌入式系统(PC/104)标准平板作为显示信号输入和处理单元。完成了该驱动电路软、硬件设计,并对实验样机进行了实验测试和分析。结果表明,经对供电直流电源采取的电容滤波和电源转换模块的工作模式约束,有效抑制了直流电源产生的纹波对图像的干扰。

【Abstract】 The qualities of image are affected directly by the ability of its driving circuit as a new type of display device for the OLED.The active OLED is studied,and a complex driving and controlling circuit modeling for OLED,based on ARM and SCM,is given.The SCM is used as the driving control unit,and the ARM(PC/104)standard board is used as the input and processing unit of the image signals.The software and hardware of the driving circuit are completed.The experiment test and analysis are done by using the designed experiment prototype.The interferences on the image generated by the voltage ripple are controlled effectively by using the filter capacitors and restraining the mode of working of the voltage conversion modular.It is proved by the experiment measurement that the abilities of the display system based on OLED are good,and the movement images played are smooth and stable.
