【Abstract】 The researchers present a comprehensive discussion on Chinese theory of justice in recent years,there are misinterpretation of historical materials and problem of eisegesis in the few papers. This paper presents that Zhou Gong did not monopolize administration,the content of Renyili should be interpreted in the certain history environment,and also presents that people-based thought of pre-qin is one of the Wangdao contents in fact,and is not related with democracy and people justice.更多还原
