【Abstract】 Objective:Analysis of legal problems exist in drug concentrated bidding and purchasing system. Methods:case study and literature review. Outcomes:There are no strong evidence shows that the existing drug concentrated bidding and purchasing system is legally effective. Subjects of the system are wrongly defined. The policy system of drug concentrated bidding and purchasing is not systematic. Conclusion:The legal problems exist in drug bidding and purchasing systems should be tackled properly. Pharmaceutical Reform should be conducted based on relevant laws.更多还原
