【摘要】 地方高校是高等教育的重要组成部分,应用型人才的培养日趋重要,但在培养方案的落实中出现了专业课程设置不合理、教师专业实践能力低、实践基地培养机制不完善、学生师范意识弱化等问题.本文通过分析白城师范学院数学与应用数学专业应用型人才培养现状的情况,提出地方高校必须要优化课程体系、必须要加强高素质师资队伍建设、必须要完善实践基地的培养机制、必须要培养学生的师范意识、必须要培养学生的创新精神与实践能力.更多还原

【Abstract】 Local colleges and universities is an important part of higher education,and the cultivation of applied talents has become increasingly important,but in the implementation of the training scheme there are a lot of problems,such as the unreasonable curriculum,low teachers’ professional practical ability,the practice base for cultivating mechanism imperfect and the student teachers’ weakening consciousness.
