【摘要】 为了巩固学生在课堂所学理论基础知识和各门课程的有效串联,锻炼学生自主科研和独立处理各种问题的能力,开设了研究型高分子化学实验"壳聚糖-魔芋粉共混膜的制备"。指导学生查阅文献,讨论实验意义、可行性及实验中可能出现的问题,制定出合理的实验方案。以组为单位分别进行实验,对产物结构、性能表征和分析,汇总数据、实验结果,讨论后形成实验报告。自主研究型实验不但提高了学生的科研兴趣,而且培养了学生的团队协作意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to consolidate the students’ basic theory knowledge and the effective series of curriculum,training students the ability to independent research and independent processing all kinds of problems,opened a experimental research of polymer "chitosan- konjac powder blend film preparation". Guided students to consult and screen literature,discussed the meaning and feasibility of the experiment,solved relevant problems,and formulated the rational experiment project. Students would do experiment in groups to analyze on the structure and properties of the product,summarized and discussed the data,finished the report according to the experiment’s results and drawed a final conclusion. Independent research experiment not only improved students interests in scientific research,but also cultivated students’ sense of team cooperation.更多还原
