【摘要】 糖尿病是糖代谢紊乱的疾病,糖尿病的高血糖是脾之运化失常所致。结合历代医家对消渴病的认识,从脾的生理病理及糖尿病的诱发因素阐述脾与糖尿病的关系,认为"脾不散精"或"散精障碍"是糖尿病发病之本,是其基本病机,并贯穿糖尿病全过程,而"阴虚燥热"是"脾不散精"之病理产物痰、湿、瘀、浊久蕴化热的结果,为糖尿病发病之标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetes is a disease caused by disturbance of glycometabolism. Hyperglycemia of diabetes is due to dysfunction of spleen transformation. Based on the understanding of diabetes from doctors in generations,the relationship between the spleen and diabetes is explained in this article in aspects of physiology and pathology of the spleen and inducing factors of diabetes. The authors think that spleen failing to disperse nutrient substance or dispersion dysfunction are the root causes of diabetes,and they exist in the whole process of the disease. Yin-deficiency and dryness-heat and spleen failing to disperse nutrient substance are the results of long-term existence of pathological products phlegm,dampness,stasis and turbid.
