【摘要】 目的验证糊精对某些药物的吸附作用及其解决办法。方法选用草乌甲素片为实验对象,在其处方中加和不加糊精,制成干颗粒后测定主药含量。结果加入糊精的颗粒,其主药含量比理论含量明显偏低;若再加入糖粉,颗粒主药含量又与理论含量接近。结论对于药物草乌甲素,糊精的吸附作用会严重干扰颗粒主药含量的测定,加入糖粉后可部分或全部抵消其吸附作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To verify dextrin adsorption to certain drugs and solutions. Methods BLA piece as experimental subjects,added dextrin in its prescription and didn’t add dextrin,the main drug content determination was made after the dry granules. Results The main drug content of particles adding dextrin was significantly lower than the theoretical content; if powdered sugar was added,content of the particle was close to the theoretical content. Conclusion Drug BLA,dextrin adsorption would seriously interfere with the determination of the particle content of the main drug,and adding powdered sugar to offset some or all of its adsorption.更多还原
