抗震钢筋组织与力学性能的研究
Study on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Seismic Rebar
【摘要】 以V微合金化的低碳钢筋为研究对象,研究了三种不同控制冷却方案下试验用钢的力学性能与显微组织的演变规律。结果表明,轧制后施加一定水压冷却,对材料强度、塑性及高应变低周疲劳性能影响不大;如果轧后冷却速度合适,并充分冷却,则可稍微改善钢筋的强度和高应变低周疲劳性能;此外,轧制后施加水压还会降低第二相析出密度,并增大第二相的尺寸。
【Abstract】 Taking low carbon steel with V alloying as research object, the evolution law of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel under three kinds of controlled cooling were studied. The results show that applied certain pressure after rolling cooling has little effect on the strength, plastic impact and high strain low cycle fatigue properties. If the cooling speed after rolling is appropriate and fully cooling, it can slightly improve the strength and the high strain low cycle fatigue properties of the rebar. In addition, applied pressure after rolling can reduce the density of the precipitation and increase the size of the precipitates.
