定向凝固Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.82合金的动态耦合系数研究

【摘要】 通过定向凝固制备<110>和<112>方向的Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.82合金,研究了磁场和压力对合金动态耦合系数的影响。结果表明,合金的动态耦合系数值随着磁场强度的增加而先增加后减小,在300~500 Oe范围内达到最大。当外界施加的压力为10 MPa时,合金的动态耦合系数达到最大,继续增大压力其值减小。热处理后合金的动态耦合系数在10MPa压力和480 Oe磁场强度下达到了0.62。

【Abstract】 The <110> and <112> directional-solidification alloys Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.82 were prepared, and the effect of magnetic field and stress on the dynamic coupling coefficient of the alloy were investigated. The results show that the dynamic coupling coefficient of the alloy increases first and then decreases with the increase of the magnetic field, and comes to the maximum under the magnetic field of 300~500 Oe. The dynamic coupling coefficient is maximal when applying external stress of 10 MPa, and it decreases when the stress is further increased. The dynamic coupling coefficient of the alloy after heating treatment is 0.62 under the stress of 10 MPa and the magnetic field of 480 Oe.
