【摘要】 采用砂型铸造工艺生产壳体联轴器铸件,该铸件在浇注过程中易产生缩孔、缩松等缺陷,对铸造工艺有较高要求。在铸造工艺研发时运用铸造CAD/CAE技术,大大缩短研发周期,节省了产品试制成本。

【Abstract】 The casing coupling castings were prepared by sand mold casting. According to the defects such as shrinkages and shrinkage porosities easy to emerge in the casting process, a higher technology requirement was proposed. The casting CAD/ CAE technology was used in the casting process, which can greatly shorten the development cycle and save the cost of product.
