压铸CNTs/ZM5镁合金的显微组织及力学性能

【摘要】 将碳纳米管与铝粉的混合压块加入镁合金熔体中,采用熔体法制备含碳纳米管的ZM5合金。研究了含碳纳米管的镁合金熔体的压铸特性和力学性能特点。利用光学显微镜,扫描电子显微镜观察合金的显微组织。结果表明,加入少量碳纳米管对压铸合金成形性能没有影响。当碳纳米管加入量达到1.3%时,ZM5压铸合金试样的抗拉强度为190 MPa。当碳纳米管加入量为1.0%时,压铸合金具有最大伸长率。

【Abstract】 The briquette of carbon nanotubes with a mixture of aluminum powder to join magnesium alloy melt, the ZM5 alloy containing the carbon nanotubes were prepared by the melting. The die casting properties and mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy were studied. The microstructure of the alloy was observed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope. The results show that adding a small amount of carbon nanotubes has no effect on the forming performance of die casting alloy. When the amount of carbon nanotubes reach 1.3wt%, the tensile strength of the die casting ZM5 alloy is about 190 MPa. When the amount of carbon nanotubes is 1.0wt %, the die casting alloy has the largest elongation.
