【摘要】 目的:观察消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例混合痔术后水肿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组30例给予消肿化痔汤煎服,对照组30例给予草木犀流浸液片口服,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为76.67%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿效果明显,值得临床进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction in the treatment of postoperative anus rim edema of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 60 patients of postoperative anus rim edema of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Thirty subjects in the treatment group received Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction,and the other 30 cases in the control group were given Melilotus extract tablets. Observe the effect in the two groups. Results: The total efficiency of the two groups was 93. 33% and 76. 67%,and there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction can effectively improve postoperative anus rim edema of mixed hemorrhoids,which is worthy of further promotion and application.更多还原
