【摘要】 目的探讨采用粘膜结扎加注射消痔灵治疗直肠前突的临床疗效。方法对64例直肠前突行部分粘膜结扎加消痔灵注射治疗的病例临床资料进行分析总结。结果疗程12~20 d后64例患者治愈62例(治愈率96.88%),2例好转。随访3个月,无狭窄,无脓肿,无复发和其他并发症。结论部分粘膜结扎加消痔灵注射术治疗直肠前突具有安全、有效、易操作、并发症少等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of mucosa ligation combined with injection of heamorrhoidlysant in treating rectocele.Methods The clinical data of 64 rectocele cases treated with partial mucosa ligation combined with injection of heamorrhoidlysant were analyzed.Results After 12-20 d treatment,62 of 64 cases were cured( 96. 88%)and 2 cases were improved.There was no manifestation of stenosis,abscess,recurrence or other complications.Conclusion Partial mucosa ligation combined with injection of heamorrhoidlysant is characterized with safety,effective,easy to operate and of few complications.更多还原
