【摘要】 目的:观察和分析中医康复疗法对于中风病急性期患者主要功能恢复的作用和影响。方法:选取本院自2011年8月~2013年7月收治的脑中风患者共272例,按照随机的原则分成对照组与观察组各位136例,该两组患者都给予常规的西医治疗,观察组另外辅用中药、针刺和推拿等治疗,连续治疗4周后,将患者的运动功能于日常生活能力进行对比。结果经过4周的治疗,观察组和对照组患者的FMA和Bl指数评分值均明显高于治疗前。并且治疗后,观察组患者的上述指标提高水平均明显高于对照组,该两组患者评分提高情况对比,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:对于中风病急性期患者,给予积极的中医康复治疗,能够加快运动和日常生活功能的恢复,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the influence and effect of TCM rehabilitation for patients in the acute stage of stroke.Methods:272 cases of stroke in our hospital from August,2011 to July,2013 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,136 cases in each group.All the patients were given conventional western medicine treatment,patients in the observation group were given Chinese medicine,acupuncture and Tuina.After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the motor function of patients was compared to daily life ability.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the FMA and Bl index values of the observation group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment.After treatment,the above indicators of the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group.They had obvious differences(P<0.05) with statistical significance.Conclusion:For patients with acute stage of stroke,TCM rehabilitation can accelerate the recovery of motor function and ability of daily living with curative effect.更多还原
