【摘要】 "政府主导、项目引导、工程载体、政策推动"是近年来广东高职教育质量提升活动的主要路径选择。在广东省高职教育质量政策实施的背后,是政策工具的不断扩充与丰富,这为广东高职教育质量提升注入了新的动力。对广东省高职教育质量政策工具的评价表明,未来政府对质量政策工具的选择上,有必要在现有政策系统、网络的大背景下,通过对政策工具的建构与再建构,扩大政策工具类型、强化政策工具组合、开展政策工具创新,实现政策预期目标。更多还原
