针刺配合中药治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻56例观察

【摘要】 目的:观察针刺配合中药治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:56例随机分成两组各28例,两组均用西医非手术治疗,治疗组另用针刺、中药口服和灌肠治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组92.8%、对照组78.6%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合中药口服和灌肠治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect on adhesive intestinal obstruction after operation treated by acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs. Method: 56 cases were divided into two groups evenly in random. Both groups were treated with nonoperative management in western medicine. The study group were treated with acupuncture and oral administration and enema of Chinese herbs. Result: The total effective rate of the study group was 92.8% while that of the control group was 78.6%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with oral administration and enema of Chinese herbs has certain therapeutic effect on adhesive intestinal obstruction after operation.更多还原
