2型糖尿病中医证型与血脂及总抗氧化活性关系研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病中医证型与血脂及总抗氧化活性(TAS)的关系。方法:125例为观察组进行中医分型,80例健康体检者设为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪检测总胆固醇(TCHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1及B(apoA1、apoB)、脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和总抗氧化活性(TAS)。结果:观察组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB、Lp(a)水平明显高于对照组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01);HDL-C水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),TAS明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察湿热困脾证、血瘀脉络证TC、Lp(a)水平与其他证型比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),湿热困脾证TG、LDL-C高于其他各型(P<0.05),气阴两虚型、阴阳两虚型TAS明显低于其他各型(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者存在明显的脂质异常,总抗氧化活性明显降低。湿热困脾证、血瘀脉络证血脂变化明显,气阴两虚型、阴阳两虚型抗氧化活性最差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation and blood lipid and TAS in type 2 DM patients.Method:125 patients with type 2 DM served as observation group,80 healthy persons served as normal controls. Levels of cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)、lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)、apolipoproteinA1(apoA1)、apolipoproteinB(apoB)、lipoproteina(LPa) and TAS were measured and compared by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results:In type 2 DM patients,the levels of TC、TG、LDL-C、apoB、LPa were obviously higher than those in normal controls,and the differences were significant(P<0.01).The level of HDL-C was obviously lower than that in normal controls(P<0.05).Levels of LDL-C/apoB and TAS in observation group were much lower than those in control group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Levels of TC and Lpa of heat-dampness disturbing spleen syndrome and blood-stasis obstruction syndrome were higer than other types(P<0.05).Levels of TG、LDL-C of heatdampness disturbing spleen syndrome were higer than other types and showed significant difference(P<0.05).Levels of TAS of qi-yin deficiency type and yin-yang deficiency type were lower than other types(P<0.05).Conclusions:Type 2 DM patients had obviously abnormal blood lipid.The levels of sLDL-C were significantly increasing while TAS decreased obviously.Levels 1 of blood lipidof heat-dampness disturbing spleen syndrome and blood-stasis obstruction syndrome changed more significantly than other types.更多还原
