大容量高转速同步电动机转子结构强度分析

【摘要】 用有限元法分析了大容量、高转速同步电动机转子的齿部、槽楔和风扇的应力,对旋转部件转子部分各主要部件的应力分析做了详细的论述,得出了转子部分各主要部件的应力分布及最大应力集中点分布。利用有限元计算方案求解工程结构的理论应力不受材料、结构形状等条件限制,省时、省力、节约费用,且通用、可靠、精确,是一种值得推广的分析方法。

【Abstract】 The stress in the rotor teeth,slot wedge and fan were analysed using the method of finite element by Ansys11.0 for large capacity high speed synchronous motor.And the stress analysis on major parts of the rotating parts of a rotor was expounded in detail.The stress distribution and the maximum stress concentration distribution in the main rotor components were concluded.It is not restricted by the condition such as material,structure,shape to solve engineering structure theory stress using finite element calculation scheme,and which is not only time saving,energy saving,cost saving,but also universal,reliable,accurate,and is a very worthy of promoting numerical analysis method.
