【摘要】 目的:了解国家基本药物制度在安徽省县级公立医院的实施现状,分析基本药物制度实施过程中存在的问题并提出相应的对策建议。方法:对安徽省21个国家级公立医院改革试点县医院进行问卷调查,回收资料经EpiData3.1双遍录入,利用Microsoft Office Excel 2007进行统计分析。结果:县级公立医院实施基本药物制度后,在一定程度上减轻了群众的看病负担,但在药品配送、财政补助和医保政策等方面还存在诸多问题。结论:为进一步促进基本药物制度在县级医院的有效实施,需要公立医院改革和医保制度改革的同步推进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of implementation of basic pharmaceuticals system in county hospitals of Anhui Province,and put forward countermeasures.Methods 21 cases of county hospitals in pilot national reform areas were surveyed with self-designed questionnaires.Data was input with software of EpiData3.1 in twice,and analyzed with software of Microsoft Office Excel 2007.Results The implementation of basic pharmaceuticals system has relieved the people’s medical burden.But there still existed some problems in drug distribution,financial subsidies,medical insurance policy,and so on.Conclusion To further promote the implementation of basic pharmaceuticals system in county hospitals,synchronous development of reform on state-owned hospitals and medical insurance system is needed.更多还原
