市售动物源食品中硝基呋喃类药物代谢物残留量的调查研究

【摘要】 目的了解某市动物源食品中硝基呋喃类药物代谢物的残留水平。方法对某市流通市场上的9类食品按照GB/T 21311-2007方法检测硝基呋喃类药物代谢物3-氨基-2-恶唑酮、5-吗啉甲基-3-氨基-2-恶唑烷基酮、1-氨基乙内酰脲、氨基脲。结果所采集的170份市售动物源食品中的4种硝基呋喃类药物代谢物残留量监测的总合格率为91.2%。其中1-氨基乙内酰脲的检出率为6.5%,高于其他3种硝基呋喃类药物代谢物;氨基脲在所有样品中均未检出,合格率为100%。在所有样品中,鸭肉的硝基呋喃类药物代谢物残留量的检出率最高,为66.7%。结论硝基呋喃类药物在动物源食品中违规使用情况仍然存在,相关部门应加强监控,以保证消费者的身体健康。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nitrofuran metabolite residues of animal- origin foods in a city. Methods The nitrofuran metabolite residues( 3- amino- 2- oxalidinone,5- morpholine- methyl- 3- amino- 2- oxazolidinone,1- amino-hydantoin,semicarbazid) in 9 kinds of animal- origin foods collected from the markets were determined according to the method of GB / T 21311- 2007. Results The total qualified rate for four nitrofuran metabolite residues in 170 food samples from the markets was 91. 2%. The detectable rate of 1- amino- hydantoin was 6. 5%,which was higher than others; the qualified rate of semicarbazid was 100%,which was not detected in all samples. The detectable rate of duck sample was 66. 7%,which was the highest in all samples. Conclusion The problem of nitrofurans illegally used in animal- origin foods still existed,so it is necessary to further strengthen monitoring to guarantee the consumers health.
