复合絮凝剂处理卡拉胶压榨水的研究

【摘要】 采用无机絮凝剂及无机/有机复合絮凝剂的方法对卡拉胶压榨水进行絮凝处理,以期处理后的水样可在卡拉胶生产的其他用水工段循环利用,降低生产成本。试验考察了PAC与PAM的不同添加量、p H及絮凝温度对絮凝/混凝效果的影响,以卡拉胶的去除率和铝离子的残留量为指标,确定了絮凝剂处理压榨水的最佳试验条件。研究结果显示,PAC/PAM复合絮凝剂对卡拉胶压榨水的处理效果普遍优于PAC;PAC用量2g/L,PAM用量15mg/L,p H值为4~7,温度为25℃~40℃,在此条件下,小分子卡拉胶的去除率在90%以上,Al3+残留量小于0.2mg/L,水样色泽接近蒸馏水。

【Abstract】 The flocculation of lower molecule carrageenan in carrageenan press wastewater was treated by inorganic flocculant or inorganic / organic composite flocculants. The recycled water was expected to be able to use in other stages of carrageenan production. The effects of the dosages of PAC / PAM,different temperature and p H on the treatment efficiency are studied. Under the optimum experimental conditions of flocculation: dosage of PAC: 2g / L, dosage of PAM: 15 mg / L,the temperature: 25 ~ 40℃ and p H 4 ~ 7,more than 90% of lower molecule carrageenan was removed and Aluminum concentration value was less than 0. 2mg / L,which was very close to distilled water.
