【摘要】 目的探讨微创穿刺术在大量脑出血患者治疗中的应用效果。方法大量脑出血患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组患者应用微创穿刺术进行治疗,对照组患者采用调控血压、甘露醇脱水等保守治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果、病死率。结果观察组总有效率为74.3%(26/35),对照组总有效率为57.1%(20/35),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组死亡8例,对照组死亡15例,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微创穿刺术治疗大量脑出血具有显著的应用价值,可有效降低病死率,提高治疗效果,且安全方便,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of minimally invasive paracentesis in the treatment of mass cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 70 mass cerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received minimally invasive paracentesis,and the control group received conventional therapy,such as blood pressure regulation and mannitol dehydration.Comparisons were made on the clinical effects and mortality between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 74.3%(26/35),and that of the control group was 57.1%(20/35).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 8 death cases in the observation group,and 15 in the control group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Minimally invasive paracentesis in the treatment of mass cerebral hemorrhage has significant application value,and it can effectively reduce mortality and improve curative effects.This procedure is safe and convenient,and is worthy of promotion.更多还原
