【摘要】 目的就肿瘤介入病房护理风险预案的制定及实施效果进行探讨和评价。方法基于肿瘤介入病房近几年临床管理经验的总结,结合相关文献资料的研究与分析,制定满足肿瘤介入病房临床要求的护理风险预案,同时予以实践,就应用前后护理质量、病患满意度进行对比分析,对其实施效果进行评价。结果经护理风险预案的实施,在全院临床护理质量的综合考评上,肿瘤介入病房业绩得到了明显的提高,且患者满意度也明显提高,应用前后患者满意度等各指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤介入病房的临床管理中,制定并实施护理风险预案,可提高病房整体护理质量和患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and evaluate the formulation and implementation effect of nursing risk plan in tumor interventional ward. Methods The nursing risk plan in tumor interventional ward, which met the clinical requirements, was formulated with summarization of clinical management experience of the tumor interventional ward in recent years and analysis study of related literature data. Comparative analysis was made of the nursing quality and patient satisfaction before and after implementation of the plan, and the implementation effect was evaluated. Results After the implementation of the nursing risk plan, tumor interventional ward had a obviously improved performance in the clinical nursing quality evaluation among the hospital, and patient satisfaction was also improved. The difference of index before and after plan implementation had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Formulation and implementation of nursing risk plan in the clinical management of tumor interventional ward can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the ward.更多还原
