【摘要】 目的:探讨远红外暖袋湿性中药穴位治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效。方法:将诊断为盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组口服中成药坤复康胶囊治疗,实验组口服中成药坤复康胶囊同时辅助远红外暖袋湿性中药穴位治疗,两个疗程后比较两组治疗效果。结果:盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的主要症状慢性盆腔疼痛在实验组和对照组中的治疗总有效率分别为91.67%和75.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率92.50%,对照组治疗总有效率77.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:远红外暖袋湿性中药穴位治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,可以明显提高治疗效果,且具有使用方便、治疗依从性好的特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Investigate into the therapeutic effects for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease under wet acupoint treatment of Far Infrared Warm Bag. Method: The patients of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly assigned into two groups named control and experimental group,respectively. The control group were orally administrated with Kunfukang capsules only. The experimental group were treated by Kunfukang capsules together with wet acupoint treatment of Far Infrared Warm Bag. The therapeutic effects between groups were compared at the end of two courses of treatment. Result: The response rates for chronic pelvic pain,known as the major symptom of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,were 91. 67% and 75. 68% within experimental and control groups,respectively. The group differences were statistically significant with P < 0. 05. The overall response rate of the experimental group was 92. 50%,while the number of the control group was 77. 5%. The group differences were statistically significant with P < 0. 05. Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of treatment for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease can be significantly enhanced with wet acupoint treatment of Far Infrared Warm Bag.
