【摘要】 目的探讨莫顿神经瘤的超声表现特征及诊断价值,以期尽早为临床医生确定治疗方案提供必要的依据.方法回顾分析经手术和病理确诊的27例趾间神经瘤的Morton结节超声显像特征,包括结节的大小、形态、边界、内部回声、后方有无回声增强、受挤压后移动情况及血流分布情况.结果超声显示结节边界清晰,椭圆形低回声,不伴后方回声增强,受挤压后结节可上下移动,同时伴有瘤体内血流信号增加,这是莫顿神经瘤超声的主要表现.结论莫顿神经瘤超声征象具有明显的特征性指标,超声影像检查对莫顿神经瘤是一种有效的诊断方法,具有无创性,可为临床治疗方案的确定提供有效信息.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the ultrasonic characteristics and clinical diagnostic values of intermetatarsal neuroma and try to provide valuable information for clinical doctors to determine the diagnosis and treatment scheme as soon as possible. Methods The ultrasonic features of 27 cases with intermetatarsal neuroma were retrospectively analyzed,including the nodal size,morphology,boundary and internal echo,the echo enhancement or no echo enhancement behind nodes,the squeezed movement and the blood flow distribution. Results The ultrasonography of intermetatarsal neuroma has following characteristics:clear boundaries,oval low echo,without echo enhancement behind node,the nodes could be moved up and down as they were pressed,the increase in blood signal at the same time. Conclusion The ultrasound image of intermetatarsal neuroma is characterized by some obvious specific indicators so that color Doppler ultrasound examination is an efficient way for the diagnosis and treatment of intermetatarsal neuroma,which is non-invasive and can provide some effective information for the determination of clinical treatment.更多还原
