【摘要】 目的探讨应用介入技术治疗产后大出血的疗效及护理措施.方法以吸收性明胶海绵为栓塞材料,采用选择性动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血40例,观察其疗效及护理措施.结果栓塞治疗后40例患者均成功止血.结论血管性介入技术治疗产后大出血疗效肯定,损伤小,副作用小,安全性高,易为患者接受,术前、术后的护理措施也尤为重要.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect and nursing measure of using interventional technique to treat postparturitional hemorrhea. Method We applied selective arterial embolization to treat 40 cases with postparturitional hemorrhea by using absorbable gelatin sponge as embolism materials,to observe the effect and nursing measures. Results 40 cases had succeeded in hemostasis after embolotherapy. Conclusion Interventional therapy has positive effect with little injury and side effect,it is safe and easy to be accepted by patients,but nursing measures are very important before and after operation.更多还原
