【Abstract】 Periodontal disease is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by periodontal pocket formation and alveolar bone resorption.As it develops to a certain extent, the teeth support tissue is compromised, and ultimately it causes teeth loose, displacement or even shedding. There is clear superiority of applying orthodontic treatment to periodontal diseases.The success of orthodontics treatment can significantly improve the periodontal health.In this review we described and discussed the effect of fixed appliance in the periodontal tissue, the progress of the orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease patients, before and after orthodontic treatment for periodontal condition analysis to contribute to clinical work to provide guidance for clinical work.更多还原
