城市轨道交通控制专业“层级推进、能力复合”人才培养模式改革与实践

【摘要】 对城市轨道交通控制专业的技术背景和专业发展现状进行了分析,针对以列车运行控制为核心系统的城轨交通控制核心设备维护为培养目标的专业培养定位,提出了"层级推进、能力复合"的人才培养模式,并结合教育部新颁布的城市轨道交通控制专业标准进行了对比分析.

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the technical background and current situation about urban rail transit control major.Regarding the orientation and objective that is the core urban rail transit control equipment maintenance based on the core train control system,the author puts forward the "hierarchy promote、ability compound" talent training mode,and compare and analyze the major standards which is just sued by the education ministry.
