基于CBR和RBR的再制造零件修复工艺智能决策系统

【摘要】 考虑再制造零件特征信息和工艺知识,采用CBR和RBR相结合的推理方法,构建了再制造零件修复工艺智能决策方法与模型,分析了再制造工艺知识、实例表达、实例组织与索引、规则表达与推理等过程。通过Java开发平台,采用B/S模式开发了智能决策系统原型,并以液压缸的再制造为例验证了该工艺智能决策模型的有效性与可行性,提高了再制造零件修复工艺智能决策的效率与准确性。

【Abstract】 Considering characteristics and process knowledge of remanufacturing parts,a decision method or model for remanufacturing process of repairing parts based on CBR and RBR is built,and the knowledge expression of remanufacturing process examples,organization or searching,rules expression and reasoning process are analyzed respectively. The original intelligent decision support system is developed based on B / S of Java development platform; the effectiveness and feasibility of it are verified by hydraulic cylinders’ remanufacturing as example,which promotes efficiency and accuracy of intelligent decision system of remanufacturing process for repairing parts.
