粒径对铝粉爆炸压力的影响研究

【摘要】 铝粉广泛应用于高能炸药,爆炸特性备受关注。为测定粒径对铝粉爆炸压力的影响,利用水平管道和垂直哈特曼管对粒径为6~7μm,9~12μm,15~17μm的铝粉在浓度为400g/m~3的爆炸特性进行研究。研究结果表明:铝粉浓度一定时,随着铝粉粒径的增加,其最大爆炸压力、最大压力上升速率减小。试验装置对铝粉爆炸特性有影响,同一粒径的铝粉爆炸后在水平管道产生的爆炸压力较大。

【Abstract】 Aluminum is widely used in high explosives,the explosive characteristics are also of concern.To determine the effect of particle size on aluminum explosion pressure,the horizontal pipeline and Hartman tube were used to study the aluminum explosion characteristics of the particle size 6 ~ 7μm,9 ~ 12μm and 15~17μm while aluminum concentration was 400g/m3.The results showed that:once aluminum concentration is constant,with the increasing of aluminum particle size,the maximum explosion pressure and the rising rate of maximum pressure decreases.Test equipment has effect on the aluminum explosion characteristics:the pressure in horizontal pipeline was tested larger while the same size aluminum explodes in two equipments.
