【摘要】 教育部推动实施的"卓越工程师教育培养计划"是我国高等教育的重大改革措施,加强了大学生的工程实践环节,对学生管理带来一定冲击和新的挑战。为更好地推进卓越计划的实施,加强对学生的精致化管理非常有必要。从学生管理现状分析入手,提出从管理办法、组织架构、管理制度、管理方式等方面构建学生精致化管理机制,以更好地激发学生潜能,充分发挥学生主体性作用,促进学生的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 "The Program of Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers"which promotes to be implemented by the Ministry of Education is a major reform measure in China’ s higher education.It enhances engineering practice link for college students.This gives rise to certain impacts on student management and proposes new challenges.In order to better facilitate implementation of the program,it is very necessary to enhance fine management of students.This paper starts with student management status and proposes to construct fine management mechanism from management method,organizational structure,management system and management mode so as to better motivate students’ potential,give full play to students’ subjectivity role and promote students’ comprehensive development.更多还原
