【摘要】 目的:观察原络配穴法结合音乐音调疗法对卒中后运动性失语的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者按照随机分组的方法,分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,在基础治疗的前提下,治疗组采用原络配穴法配合音乐音调疗法,对照组仅采用原络配穴法,每日1次,持续30天。采用汉语失语检查法和ABC法量表,观察两种方法对卒中后运动性失语的疗效。结果:治疗组在阅读、说、复述、出声读方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中治疗组的总有效率为86.67%,对照组的的总有效率为73.33%。结论:原络配穴法结合音乐音调治疗法治疗卒中后运动性失语患者的疗效确切,是一种行之有效的方法,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of source- collatoral selection combined with music-tone method on motor aphasia of stroke patients. Methods: 60 patients were divided randomly into a treatment group( 30 cases) and a control group( 30 cases). On the basis of primary care,the treatment group received source- branch point selection and music- tone method,but the control group only received source- collateral selection. The treatment in both groups was once a day for 30 days. Observe the efficacy of two approaches by chinese aphasia examination and ABC measuring scale. Results: There were significant differences between two groups on the reading,speech,repeating,and the difference had a statistical significance( P < 0. 05),and in the treatment group the total effective rate was 86. 67% while in the control group it was 73. 33%. Conclusion:Source- collatoral selection combined with music- tone method for motor aphasia of stroke patients is a good method,which is worth promoting in clinics.更多还原
