【Abstract】 All current data available about epidemiology of gastric cardia cancer in China were reviewed thoroughly. It was found that few data existed, and mainly came from high incidence areas of Chinese esophageal and stomach cancer. Compared with the overall decline of esophageal and stomach cancer, the trend of gastric cardia cancer has been increasing. The real epidemiological data is hard to obtain as of such problems as definition, diagnosis and code; its etiology may be different from that of esophageal and stomach cancer. Based on the collected data, this paper is a general description of the distribution area, popularity, sex and gender preference, trend and etiology of gastric cardia cancer.更多还原
