【摘要】 目的探讨MMP-3、MMP-13在骨性关节炎患者滑膜中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化和Western blotting法检测MMP-3、MMP-13蛋白在30例骨性关节炎(OA,实验组)与30例非OA(对照组)患者滑膜组织中的表达情况。结果免疫组化结果表明MMP-3、MMP-13蛋白在实验组与对照组患者滑膜中的表达有显著性差异(P<0.01),且阳性表达多定位于滑膜细胞的胞浆;Western blotting分析结果显示MMP-3、MMP-13蛋白在实验组患者滑膜中表达明显高于对照组患者,且二者在OA组中表达呈正相关性。结论 MMP-3、MMP-13蛋白与骨性关节炎发生发展密切相关,可能作为诊断及判断骨性关节炎的一项重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-3 /-13 in the synovium in patients with osteoarthritis and their correlation. Methods Thirty patients w ith osteoarthritis( OA,experiment group) and 30 patients w ithout OA( normal group) were selected. The expression of MMP-3 /-13 in the synovium in both groups was detected using immunohistochemistry method and Western blotting method. Results The results of immunohistochemistry method show ed that,the expression of MMP-3 /-13 in experiment group was significantly higher than that in normal group( P < 0. 01). And the positive expression of MMP-3 /-13 mainly located in the cytoplasm. The results of Western blotting show ed that the expression of MMP-3 /-13 in experiment group was significantly higher than that in normal group. And the expression of MMP-3 was positively correlated w ith the expression of MMP-13 in experiment group. Conclusion The expression of MMP-3 /-13 is closely correlated w ith the development of OA,w hich may be an important indicator in the diagnosis and judgment of OA.更多还原
