【摘要】 目的探讨急诊眼外伤致视力下降的CT表现及临床意义。方法回顾性分析50例急诊眼外伤致视力下降患者的CT表现。结果 50例患者的CT检查均有异常,同时伴有视力下降,包括眼眶内及球内异物存留12眼,眶骨骨折32眼,眼眶内眼肌的损伤11例,眼球及球内损伤13眼,复合伤43眼。CT是评价眼眶直接与间接损伤的可靠方法。结论 CT检查是急诊眼外伤的首选方法。眼外伤的CT检查对于明确诊断及指导临床治疗具有重要意义。本组病例11眼手术做眼球摘除,致完全失明,2眼人工晶体置换,13眼视觉完全恢复,其余的都有不同程度的视力减退或视物困难。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT findings and its clinical significance of decreased visual caused by emergency eye enjuries.Method The CT apearances in 50 cases of patients with decreased visual caused by emergency eye injuries were analyzed retrospectively.Result 50 patients had abnormal CT examination,accompanied by decreased vision,including 12 eyes with orbital & intraocular foreign bodies,32 eyes with orbital bone fracture,11 eyes with orbital muscle injury,13 eyes with eyeball injury,43 eyes with combined injury.CT is the reliable method to evaluate the direct and indirect damage of orbital.Conclusion CT examination is the preferred method for emergency eye injuries.The CT scan of eye trauma has important clinical significance for definitive diagnosis & guiding to clinical treatment.Among this group cases,11 eyes were surgically enucleated and caused completely blind,2 eyes were IOL replaced,13 eyes had vision fully restored,and the rest has varying degrees of vision loss or visual difficulties.更多还原
