【Abstract】 Quantum dots( QDs) are a kind of semiconductor nano materials which own unique optical properties. Hydrophilic QDs with functional groups on their surface can couple with antibodies,resulting in bioconjugates which can be applied in various of biological studies as fluorescent probes. According to the different modifications on the surface of QDs,conjugating methods can be categorized as covalent binding and noncovalent binding. In this review,we mainly focus on the conjugating methods which have been successfully used for preparing QD-antibody bioconjugate.更多还原
