【摘要】 目的探讨单孔胸腔镜下T4交感神经链切断术治疗原发性手汗症的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月在本院进行治疗的原发性手汗症患者126例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(63例)和对照组(63例)。实验组在单孔胸腔镜下切断交感神经进行治疗,对照组在双孔胸腔镜下进行治疗。比较两组的住院时间、术中出血量、VAS评分及术前、术后2 d、术后4 d的血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、IL-6及皮质醇水平。结果实验组患者住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组术后2、4 d血清CRP、IL-6及皮质醇水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜下切断T4交感神经链治疗原发性手汗症效果明显,恢复时间短,术中出血量少,具有微创、预后效果好、愈合快、住院费用低等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of single-hole thoracoscopic T4 sympathectomy in treatment of primary hyperhidrosis. Methods 126 cases of patients with primary hyperhidrosis were conducted in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into the experimental group(63 cases) and control group(63cases).The experimental group were given with sympathetic enervation in the single whole thoracoscopic treatment,the control group were given with the dual thoracoscopic treatment of hyperhidrosis.The hospitalization time,amount of bleeding during the operation,VAS score and serum CRP,IL-6 and cortical levels preoperative,postoperative 2 and 4days treatment between the two groups were analyzed. Results The hospitalization time of experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,amount of bleeding during the operation were less than those of control group,VAS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The serum CRP,IL-6 and cortical levels in the experimental group after 2 and 4 days treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscopic T4 sympathectomy in treatment of primary hyperhidrosis has obvious effect,short recovery time,less bleeding,minimally invasive,good prognosis effect,fast healing,lower hospitalization expenses etc..更多还原
