【摘要】 论文首先对医院在深化医药卫生体制改革背景下存在的现实问题、冲突矛盾及其原因进行描写,然后就如何做好医院职工的思想政治工作进行了深入探讨,比如创新医院思想政治工作的方式方法,建立健全各项长效工作机制,把思想政治工作渗透到医院工作的各个角落等。这些新方法或举措激发了干部职工的工作热情,强化了医疗服务的内涵建设,彰显了思想政治工作的活力,达到了"理顺情绪、化解矛盾、稳定队伍、凝心聚力"的效果,促进了医院的健康可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,firstly,describes the realistic problems existing in the deepening medical and health system reform context,hospital conflicts and its causes,and then analyses how to do ideological and political work of hospital staff,such as the innovation of hospital ideological and political work methods,to establish and improve the long-term mechanism,the ideological and political work into all the fields of the hospital work.These new methods or measures can stimulate the staff′s work enthusiasm,strengthen the connotation construction of medical service,show the vitality of ideological and political work,which achieved "managing emotions,resolving conflicts,stabilizing the team,cohesion" effect,and promoted the healthy and sustainable development of hospital.更多还原
