【摘要】 目的分析中医辨证治疗冠心病的临床效果,以探讨其临床实用性。方法选择2012年5月~2013年9月于本院接受治疗的96例冠心病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规西医治疗方案进行治疗,研究组患者采用中医辨证治疗方案进行治疗。观察并记录治疗后两组患者的临床疗效以及并发症的发生情况,并进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组患者的总有效率为91.7%,对照组为62.5%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.5577,P=0.0007);治疗后研究组患者的并发症发生率为15.3%,对照组为33.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.6313,P=0.0314)。结论中医辨证治疗冠心病的效果良好,并发症少,适合临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease,in order to explore its clinical applicability. Methods 96 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from May 2012 to September 2013 were selected as research object,they were randomly divided into study group and control group according to a random number table method,the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the study group were treated with TCM treatment programs.The clinical efficacy and the complication rate of all patients after treatment were observed and compared. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate was 91.7% inthe study group,the control group was 62.5%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ2=11.5577,P=0.0007).The complication rate of was 15.3% in the study group,the control group was 33.3%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ2=4.6313,P=0.0314). Conclusion The effect of TCM differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease is good,has less complication,it is reliable for long-term clinical application.更多还原
