【摘要】 目的探讨不同速度注射轻比重罗哌卡对剖宫产术麻醉平面的影响。方法选择行剖宫产手术的孕妇60例,将其随机分成两组:Ⅰ组30例(注药速度30 s)和Ⅱ组30例(注药速度45 s),观察两组的阻滞平面、不良反应及需要追加局部麻醉药的情况。结果两组孕妇给药后5、10、15 min的胸阻滞平面情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);Ⅱ组的低血压发生率低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),两组心动过速及恶心呕吐、寒战的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均不需追加局部麻醉药。结论轻比重罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于剖宫产手术,45 s给药速度所达到的平面更易于掌控,循环更稳定,更安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of hypobaric ropivacaine with different injection rate on the anesthesia level in cesarean section. Methods 60 pregnant women with cesarean sections were selected and randomly assigned into the two groups,there were 30 cases in each group:the group Ⅰ(injection rate:30 s) and the group Ⅱ(injection rate:45s).The block level,adverse effect and the requiring additional local anesthetics were observed. Results There was a statistical difference of anesthesia getting to the block level after administration of 5,10,15 minites in the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01);the incidence rate of hypotension in the Ⅱ group was lower than that in the Ⅰ group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of heartbeat tachycardia,nausea and vomiting,chills were compared in the two groups and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Neither group needed additional local anesthetics. Conclusion When applying hypobaric ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section,injection rate of 45 s can facilitate control of the anesthesia level with more stable circulation and better safety.更多还原
