【摘要】 目的观察伊托必利联合复方丹参片治疗糖尿病胃病的临床效果。方法将98例糖尿病胃病患者随机分为对照组(44例)和观察组(54例),对照组仅口服伊托必利50 mg,3次/d;观察组口服伊托必利50 mg,3次/d,复方丹参片3片,3次/d;两组疗程均为4周,比较治疗前后两组临床症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗后临床症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为94.4%,高于的对照组为68.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伊托必利联合复方丹参片治疗糖尿病胃病效果显著,具有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of itopride combined with compound danshen tablets in the treatment of diabetic gastrosis. Methods A total of 98 cases of patients with diabetic gastrosis were randomly divided into observation group(54 cases) and control group(44 cases).The patients in control group were only given with itopride tablets 50 mg,3 times a day for four weeks.The patients in treatment group were given with itopride tablets 50 mg,3 times a day,and compound danshen tablets 3 tablets,3 times a day for four weeks.The clinical parameters were analyzed between the 2groups. Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in observation group was 94.4%,higher than 68.2%of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Itopride combined with compound danshen tablets in treatment of diabetic gastrosis can relieve clinical symptoms significantly.更多还原
