【摘要】 目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期终止妊娠时机对妊娠结局的影响。方法将本院2011年2月~2013年10月收治的68例早发型重度子痫患者,根据终止妊娠的时间分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例,观察组34例孕妇于妊娠<32周终止妊娠,对照组于32≤妊娠<34周终止妊娠,观察两组的妊娠结局。结果观察组新生儿窒息、围生儿死亡的发生率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇的总并发症发生率为38.2%,明显高于对照组的5.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早发型重度子痫前期的并发症较高,根据患者的具体情况,适当地采取期待治疗,延缓终止妊娠的时间,可以提高胎儿的存活率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of early hairstyle severe preeclampsia timing termination of pregnancy on pregnancy outcome. Methods 68 patients with early hairstyle severe preeclampsia were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to October 2013,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of termination, each group of 34 cases,the observation group of 34 cases of pregnant women in pregnancy<32 weeks termination of pregnancy,the control group in 32 gestation or less<34 weeks termination of pregnancy,the pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were observed. Results The incidence of neonatal asphyxia,perinatal son died in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the pregnant women total complication rate in observation group was 38.2%,significantly higher than that of the control group(5.9%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early hairstyle severe preeclampsia complication is higher,according to the specific condition of patients,proper treatment,look forward to to delay the time of termination of pregnancy,can improve the survival rate of the fetus.更多还原
